Shipping

CBD Nature Wellness ships orders primarily through USPS, anywhere in the United States. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

When Will It Ship? 

  • Orders placed before 12:00PM MST will ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00PM MST will ship the next business day.

Please note that this doesn’t apply on weekends and U.S. holidays

Return Policy

CBD Nature Wellness accepts product returns only from established accounts who have purchased products directly from CBD Nature Wellness and only for products that are damaged or somehow defective via shipping and handling, unopened and unused within 5 days of delivery (receipt) of product. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify CBD Nature Wellness within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to determine if product was stored correctly or damaged after delivery. If a product return meets our return process requirements, you will be offered replacement product of similar value. 

Process for Returning Product: 

  1. Email us at connect@cbdnaturewellness.com or call 512-900–5859 immediately to alert us that you will be returning your unopened damaged or defective product within 48 hours of receipt of product. 
  2. Once you have shipped product back to us, please also email the tracking number/carrier

To return your product, please email us at connect@cbdnaturewellness.com for return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
